Q: How do I get to the online Cougar Store?
A: The easiest and quickest way is to click the shopping cart icon at the top of our homepage. Northland’s website and the online Cougar Store are accessible on multiple technology devices (ex: Smart phone, tablet, desktop).

Q: When is the online Cougar Store open?
A: The online Cougar Store is open 24/7, even on holidays.

Q: Where do the items I purchase come from?
A: When you purchase items from the online Cougar Store you are purchasing directly from the physical Cougar Store on the Secondary Campus, not from any outside vendors.

Q: How do I know if my order was placed?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with order details. This email also serves as your receipt.

Q: Can I return/exchange items purchased in the online Cougar Store?
A: Yes. Returns/exchanges are in the physical Cougar Store only. As with returning/exchanging items in the physical Cougar Store, we do require items still have tags. Washed or used articles of clothing will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Q: If a school or PE uniform item is “out of stock” in the online Cougar Store can I still purchase?
A: Yes. School uniform and PE uniform items will be reordered by the Cougar Store Manager periodically, as needed. Please call the Cougar Store at 281-587-6417 or email at cougar_store@northlandchristian.org if a school or PE uniform item is showing “out of stock”. 

Q: If a spirit wear item is “out of stock” in the online Cougar Store can I still purchase?
A: Maybe. Spirit wear items (spirit shirts, hoodies, outwear, etc.) will not necessarily be reordered as designs and preferences change frequently. Please call the Cougar Store Manager at 281-587-6417 or email cougar_store@northlandchristian.org to find out if a spirit wear item will be reordered or is in stock in the physical Cougar Store.

Q: When I order items from the online Cougar Store what are my delivery options?
A: There are three options to choose from when purchasing items through the online Cougar Store:

  1. Pickup in-store
    The Cougar Store is located in Building 1 on the Secondary Campus.
    Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

  2. Deliver to Elementary Campus
    Orders are placed in teacher’s boxes each afternoon and sent home in backpacks the following day (ex: if you order on Monday your items will be sent home Tuesday).
    Please list your child’s name and teacher in the NOTES section when ordering.

  3. Flat rate shipping
    Cost: $15
    Orders are shipped two-day shipping through USPS.

Q: What is the turnaround time to receive my order?
A: The Cougar Store typically has orders ready for pickup/delivery/shipping within two business days. Exceptions to this rule are:

  • School holiday lasting more than one day (ex: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break)
  • Busy time of the year (ex: Ordering in the summer)
  • Items ordered are out of stock
    1. The Cougar Store Manager will call or email when your items will be available for pickup/delivery/shipping.
    2. The timeframe for receiving school uniform and PE uniform items is 2-4 weeks, depending on the availability with our vendors.
    3. Spirit wear items purchased online that are out of stock in the Cougar Store will be refunded back to your account.
