Each Northland family is assessed an annual PTO fee. The current fee is $40 per student for the 2016-17 school year for elementary and secondary students. PTO fees are billed to each family’s ParentsWeb account at the beginning of the school year and are due in full by October 1. These dues are mandatory and are treated as all other Northland fees and tuition requirements and are subject to the same non-financial penalties if not paid. Northland faculty, staff and board of trustee members who wish to be members and who do not have children enrolled in the school shall pay dues through the Northland online payment system.
Since PTO dues are mandatory, all parents, guardians, or other adults standing in loco parentis for a student at the school are members.
Your Northland PTO supports numerous school events in which all of our students benefit. These events include Homecoming Dinner and Dance, Elementary PE Show, Elementary Grandparents' Day, Science Night, Graduation Receptions, Guest Authors, Elementary Spirit Games, Parent/Child Events, School Wide Tailgate, New Family Socials, Grade Level Gatherings, Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, Parent/Child Chapels, Teacher/Staff Appreciation Luncheons & Breakfasts, Teacher & Staff Christmas Fund, Little Boots Round Up, among others. These activities and events continue to make Northland Christian School unique from other schools in the area, as well as support the family-based culture that is an NCS tradition.
