Lil' Boots western day at elementary campus

On March 9 the Elementary Campus had a rootin' tootin' boot-stomping event. Our "lil' pardners" (3 and 4 year old preschool students) were introduced to a "big pardner" (K-1st grader) for a morning filled with all things western.

Our pardners came to school dressed as little cowboys and cowgirls. They made bandanas, rode on "trail rides", had stick horse races, played some cowboy games, got to pet some animals, and ended with a hoedown. A big THANK YOU to our high school volunteers, elementary student council, parents and staff for making it such a fun time. We would also like to recognize the following for their contributions in making the day a success.
