The National Junior Honor Society recognizes outstanding 7th, 8th, and 9th-grade students who have demonstrated the traits of scholarship, leadership, character, service, and citizenship.
The National Honor Society recognizes 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students who have demonstrated scholarship, leadership, character, service, and citizenship.
Qualifications:
At Northland Christian School, our student council is a student-led organization representing the student body in school affairs. The student council is open to all students in 9th-12th grades. Officers are elected by student council members each spring for the upcoming school year.
The purpose of the Student Council is to raise awareness for community and global causes and provide opportunities for students to help serve in various capacities on our school campus. The Student Council also actively works to encourage school spirit and to promote acts of kindness in our student body. We seek to demonstrate the love of Christ and endeavor to demonstrate His unconditional love for others through our acts of service so our school is known for its love, compassion, and generosity.

Membership in Student Council is open for all students in grades 9-12. All interested students may fill out an application at the beginning of the school year. All Student Council members are required to purchase a STUCO t-shirt which must be worn any time they serve.
